Artist, environmentalist, journalist, nerd girl, wielding a skewed sense of humor and a serious soft spot for all creatures great and small.
Jamie is an Appalachian native with a deep and unshakeable love of the mountains her family has called home since the mid-1700s.
She has a serious soft spot for all creatures great and small, and finds difficulty in dispatching even the smallest of creatures (mosquitoes and fleas notwithstanding). She is ever intrigued by the mystery and wonder of life, and keeps her party lights turned on all year. She is over 50 years old, and still doesn’t drink all of her milk.
