The army barracks, which Gary says do not look any different than when he was here in the early to mid 1960s, and probably not much different than when Nazi troops lived here in the 30s Cigarettes may be banned in restaurants now, but you can still buy them on street corners, such as in this residential neighborhood

More typical architecture (the beam-style is old, the "tradition" of painting with bright colors is not as old, maybe the mid 20th century) Rock poster on the outer wall Rock posters on the outer wall - really cool that they are no different than posters in my home town, except they are in German and are posted on a wall over 700 years old!
